Bizlii Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions Agreement is effective as of (Go Live Date). It describes the terms under which you may access and use the services available at www.Can-EastSolutions.com (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Throughout this Agreement, “Bizlii ”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Bizlii , Inc., (Company Address), including its partners, employees, directors, successors, and assignees. “You” and “your” refer to users of the Service, whether Senders or Recipients.

1. The Service

The Service allows users to send international money transfers from the (Country of Origin) to supported countries. We recommend that you use the Service only to send money to friends or family and not to strangers.

2. Eligibility for the Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts.
  • The Service is available only to residents of the (Country of Origin).
  • You may not submit or receive transactions on behalf of another person.
  • Only one active account per Sender is permitted.
  • The Service is not licensed outside the United States of America.

3. Deletion of Account

You may request account deletion by contacting the Affiliate. Account deletion generally takes two (2) business days. Once deleted, your information cannot be recovered.

Certain records will be retained in archive to comply with federal and state regulations. Archived information will only be used for regulatory and compliance purposes.

4. Paying for the Service

  • Each transaction includes a Service Fee in addition to the Transaction Amount.
  • You authorize Bizlii to charge your selected Payment Instrument.
  • You are responsible for any bank or card issuer fees.

5. Receiving a Remittance

Funds are made available through banks and third-party service providers. Recipients may be required to verify identity and provide transaction references before funds are released.

6. Important Service Restrictions

  • We may refuse or limit transactions at our discretion.
  • Transactions may be delayed for verification or compliance purposes.
  • The Service must not be used for illegal or prohibited activities.
  • Transaction details generally cannot be modified once submitted.

7. Personal Information

By using the Service, you consent to our Privacy Policy. We may collect and verify personal information as required by law and share it with authorities when legally required.

8. Error Resolution, Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a transaction before completion. Refunds apply only to uncompleted transactions and are issued to the original payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property belong exclusively to Bizlii , Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Processing times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

Bizlii shall not be liable for damages exceeding $500.00 in addition to refunding the Transaction Amount and Service Fees, where applicable.

12. Communications

You consent to receive communications electronically, including service updates, legal notices, and transaction records. Withdrawal of consent will terminate your access to the Service.

13. Security

We employ industry-standard security measures. Please exercise caution when sending money and report suspected fraud immediately.
